Nozomi 49 leaves Tokyo at 16:30. Mt. Fuji comes into view about 46 minutes later — roughly 17:13 to 17:19 — and looks largest around 17:16, as the train passes Shin-Fuji Station. Sit on the right side: seat E in ordinary cars, seat D in Green Cars.

For Kodama, which stops at Shin-Fuji, the official station time is used; Nozomi and Hikari pass through without an official time, so those are estimated from standard running times.
